With so many choices available, it's easy to think all lenders are alike. But, you would be surprised if you were to find out that one small Minnesota company has experienced such rapid growth, by being truely different. My clients range from the savvy affluent buyer to people who are buying thier first home and have every resonable question. One thing remains true; no one pays for a processing or underwriting fee, and I offer a wholesale mortgage rate. Your lenders on TV have a retail rate for you. Wholesale beats retail. Period! When you add up no fee's and a lower rate, you get the best mortgage in the market.

For some, the first call may be about getting a roadmap to follow, that you may be able to purchase a home in the future. For others a move is imminent, and they need a professional to make sure that they are getting the home they want and need. For those who are denied a loan; I close what others cannot. These are the people who tend to friend me on Facebook, and it is a priviledge and warm feeling I get when I tell them to get packing!

Lastly, I work with the best realtors in the state, should you want to hire the best. I also have access to discounted home owners insurance, and discounted home inspections. I can take care of nearly every aspect for you!

Thank you very much for visiting my page I hope to speak soon. Sincerely, John D. Feehan.
